Extended opening hours

At Laurentian Bank, our advisors are here to help you save for your dream future.

From February 17 to March 1, 2023 (inclusively), take advantage of our extended opening hours and meet with an advisor to contribute to your RRSP. To serve you better and securely, our advisors are available in branch or remotely until 8 p.m.* from Monday to Thursday, until 5 p.m. on Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.

Availability varies depending on the advisor’s schedule, free time slots and branch opening hours. We strongly recommend you make an appointment.

Certain transactions, including those related to our RRSP financing solutions (RRSP loan and Maxi-RRSP), cannot be carried out over the phone. Please make an appointment with an advisor at your local branch.

1. Contribute at a branch

Fill out the appointment form to schedule a meeting with an advisor, and we’ll get back to you in the next few business days.

2. Contribute by phone

Call your advisor directly or consult our telephone directory to contact your local branch.

3. Contribute online

If you currently have an RRSP account with LBC Financial Services Inc., you can contribute via LBCDirect bill payment service
(or via your financial institution’s online services).

*Please note that all online contributions must be made by no later than February 27, 2023 at 8:45 p.m.

To contribute with one click:

Use the online services of LBCDirect or your financial institution.
Select “Bill payments.”
Select “B2B Bank Financial Services” from the list of providers, or add a new provider if needed.
Enter your LBCFS RRSP account number as a reference number. You can find this 8-digit number on your account statement or on the Investor Access website.
Enter the amount of your contribution and confirm your payment.

Your contribution will be taken into account for the 2022 taxation year and will be placed as cash in your RRSP account until a mutual fund representative invests it.
