to the New EFT Platform

This section explains what you need to do during the transition to the enhanced new platform. Visit the page regularly to stay informed of the actions to be taken.

Check Your Users’ Email Addresses

As a Super Administrator, you need to ensure that your users’ email addresses are always valid. This verification is important because the connection to the new EFT platform will be made via an email address.

To view a user’s email address in the current platform, follow these steps:

1. To view all the users in your organization, open the “User Management” tab.
   
2. Select each user to view their file and verify the email address associated with it.
   
3. If the email address needs to be modified, you can do so in the “Email” section.
   
4. To enter your changes, select “Modify”.
